Heavenly Paleo Pancakes

Today I am sharing this super simple, easy, and healthy recipe!! Absolutely no gluten, and no added sugar.

INGREDIENTS:

2 bananas (mashed)

3 eggs

1 Tbsp almond milk (any plant based milk)

1/2 tsp almond extract (or vanilla)

3 Tbsp oat flour (or any alternative flour)

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tbsp coconut oil (for frying)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all ingredients until there are no lumps. Add some coconut oil to the pan on medium low heat, cook the pancake 1-2 minutes on each side till there are lots of bubbles. Yields 4-6 depending how big you make them. Enjoy!!
